Cleaning Products

One of the best ways to save money is to buy quality products and then work diligently to maintain them.  Here are some products for cleaning around the house:

• Cape Cod makes metal polishing cloths for quick silver polishing.
• Goo Gone and Goof Off are both great stain and label removers.
• Lemon juice is great for cleaning surfaces as varied as stainless steel and butcher block (read more at Full Circle).
• Try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser mop for tile and grout.
• For wood floors, I like damp mopping with Murphy's Oil Soap.
• And to maintain wood furniture, try Goddard's furniture polish or Pate Dugay paste wax.
